Why are people evil?
Throughout our life, we are surrounded bya lot of people with whom we have to face and communicate in one way or another, these are our friends, classmates, classmates, then colleagues, acquaintances of acquaintances, workers of shops and other institutions, even passers-by. And, unfortunately, not all of them are friendly, and the question arises why people are angry, why they treat life, or, specifically, to us, with aggression? After all, all of us are brought up in about the same traditions, love for one's neighbor, since childhood parents tell us not to make people evil, so why do they do evil to us?
Anger and its causes
The question of anger and aggression has long worried society. Various sciences are engaged in the study of human behavior, including psychology. The anger of people is devoted to a lot of work and research, while anger and aggression are considered in various aspects: the causes of anger, its nature, anger management, protection from anger and so on.
Anger is a sharp and pronounced feelingdiscontent with something, or anyone. Anger often grows into aggression, a person goes on to actions that are aimed at causing harm to others or an object that is the cause that caused anger. From the definition we see that anger has its own reasons, and they are quite diverse, here are some of the reasons why these or those people have become evil:
- Dissatisfaction with life, disappointment (in thatincluding oneself), one can include here such a person's state as frustration (emotional state caused by unjustified expectations, inability to meet needs).
- Life shocks (personal unhappiness, loss and so on)
- Psychological trauma.
- Psychological diseases.
- Stress and fatigue.
- Increased emotionality, propensity to impulsive actions.
In the above list, there are reasons thatdepend both on external factors and on the internal state of a person. In addition, anger has the property of accumulating, while various causes of anger overlap, which can lead to serious mental illness and health problems. In some situations, anger is a defensive reaction of the body to the current situation, or a signal to the person that something in his life goes wrong.
First of all, you need to understand that not allpeople are evil, and evil people, are not always so. Even the most evil people in a different situation and situation, can be pleasant in communication and kind.
It is not always man's fault that he is angry,at times such is his surroundings, trials and life itself that have fallen to his lot. Evil people can be changed for the better, one of them, it will be enough attention that they become kinder (for example, a person is angry because he is lonely, or offended). And others need specialized help from psychologists, or even medical treatment.
How to behave with evil people
When dealing with an evil person, it is necessaryremember that he is in an affective state, that is, he is not at odds with himself, and can not quite control himself. Do not provoke them, sometimes the conflict can not be settled by negotiations. And if the anger is directed at you, it's worth retiring, and continue the conversation after the person calms down.
If you are wondering why people have becomeangry just around you, assess your behavior: do not you incite aggression in others. Perhaps you are pressing on people, setting a negative tone for the environment, or other features that cause anger in them. It's easier to blame the environment than to look for reasons in yourself.
Remember that anger is a destructive feeling. It pulls a person back, does not allow him to develop, to achieve goals, takes strength, if you feel that anger builds deep in your heart, do not close up, share experiences. Perhaps this will allow you to find the reasons for its appearance and cope with the problem. In no case can anger be kept within itself, it is just necessary to learn how to express it in a peaceful manner, constructively.
