Then the roots must be cut into thin rings and dried in the oven (but not fry). Store in a cool dry place. This preparation will allow you to drink homemade chicory all winter.
How to cook chicory
To make a drink from your own blanks, you must take a few dried ringlets and fry them in a frying pan (until golden brown).Fried pieces grind into a powder with a coffee grinder, pour boiling water and let it brew. 1 cup requires 1-2 teaspoons of the root.
