An entrepreneur, 35-year-old Anna Pestryakova, filed a statement with the prosecutor of the Tverskoy district of Moscow with a request to initiate a criminal case against Evgeny Primakov's granddaughter Alexandra Chernikova under the article “intentionally causing slight harm to health from hooligan motives” (part 2 of article 115 of the RF Criminal Code).
The incident between Chernikova and Pestryakova occurred on March 11 at 5/10 Karetny Street, where the granddaughter of Primakov lives. According to her granddaughter, she went out to walk dogs, and at the same time pay for the Internet through a payment terminal installed directly in front of the house. But then, at the terminal, Pestryakova’s car began to park, which almost knocked down one of the taxes, in response to her remark the woman who had left the car hit the girl hard on the head. Then she went to the hospital with a concussion. According to Chernikova, the Tverskoye police department filed a case under the article 2 of the Article 116 of the Criminal Code (beating up to 2 years in prison or compulsory and corrective labor).
But the version Pestryakova. She waited a long time until the girl departed from the terminal.Unable to stand, she got out of the car and politely asked the girl to remove the dogs, explaining that she could not drive off. The reaction of the ladies was inadequate. The hostess of dogs in a rude form began to shout at her and, in an imperious tone, said: “You will stand as long as necessary. I do what I want here. ” Not wanting to get involved in the conflict, the businesswoman sat in the car and began to wait. However, I soon heard the sound of strikes on her car. When she got out of the car, the girl pounced on her. Later at work Pestryakova became ill, and she called an ambulance. She was also diagnosed with a brain concussion at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute, but because of her little daughter Pestryakova, she refused to be hospitalized. Later, the businesswoman went to the 20th city hospital, and then for a long time was ill at home.
According to the business-woman, Primakov’s granddaughter succeeded in initiating a criminal case only because of her grandfather’s connections; moreover, she said that in a conversation with an operative who was leading the case, it turned out that police were also under pressure. Alexandra Chernikova’s lawyer, Oleg Tarasov, declined to comment. “I can only say that according to information from the Internet, Pestryakova is a champion in Argentine tango, and her legs are one of the most developed organs of her body,” said the defender. At the same time, he declined to answer the question of whether Pestryakova beat his entrant with her legs.
